GUESTROOM INFORMATION

The overnight guestroom rates for a standard room is $329.00 USD.  These rates are per night for single or double occupancy. All room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 14.75% and $3.50 occupancy tax per night per room) in effect at the time of check-out. The cut-off date for hotel reservations is September 2, 2025.  Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax.  If you need to cancel a room, please contact Jaimie Drew jdrew@mainebankers.com before you release the room to the hotel.

PARKING

On-site parking is available for $60.00 per day.  Valet parking is not available.  The parking garage is operated by SP+ Corp, not the hotel, and is accessible 24/7.

CONVENTION REGISTRATION

Please register by September 11. Refunds on canceled registrations will be granted, less processing fees, by MBA through September 15.  Complete online registration.

Banker or Affiliate: $1,395
Spouse/Guest: $995

*The registration fee includes Thursday’s welcome reception; breakfast on Friday and Saturday; Saturday evening’s reception, dinner, and entertainment; and the cost of the business sessions (speaker expenses, refreshments, supplies, audio-visual rentals, etc.).  The spouse/guest fee includes all of the above, less the business sessions.*

DRESS CODE

Thursday evening’s welcome reception is business casual. Business attire is appropriate for the morning business sessions. Our Saturday dinner event will require cocktail attire (suit and tie, dress, etc.)

We’re thrilled to host the Annual Convention in New York City for the first time! Friday afternoon and evening and Saturday afternoon are open for attendees and guests to explore on their own—and there’s no shortage of incredible things to see and do.

To help you make the most of your time, we’ve prepared a list of the Top 25 Things to Do in Brooklyn and Manhattan, complete with group tour ideas and contact information. You’ll also find a selection of nearby restaurants ideal for group dinners, all within walking distance of the Marriott.

GETTING TO THE NEW YORK MARRIOTT AT THE BROOKLYN BRIDGE

Should you plan on driving, parking is available at the property as noted above. Three international airports are located in the NYC metro area:

  • John F. Kennedy International Airport (Distance from Property: 19 miles)
  • LaGuardia Airport (Distance from Property: 10.4 miles)
  • Newark Liberty International Airport (Distance from property: 14.8 miles)

GETTING AROUND BROOKLYN

Brooklyn is easy to navigate with a variety of transportation options right outside the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge!  Many neighborhoods and attractions, including DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass), the Brooklyn Heights Promenade, and the Brooklyn Bridge, are within walking distance.

Uber, Lyft, and yellow cabs are readily available at the hotel entrance and can be summoned via app or the hotel doormen.  Subway access is easy with two subway stations just around the corner from the hotel.  MBA staff will be on-hand to assist attendees and guests with navigating Brooklyn and getting to Manhattan for sightseeing.

Whether walking, public transit, or rideshare are preferred, there are plenty of convenient ways to explore!
