Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston is a central bank for housing finance for over 450 mortgage-lending institutions in the six New England states. The bank makes loans, or advances, to its member institutions to enable them to expand their home lending and meet other funding requirements. The bank also offers members a variety of non-credit banking services.
