Peter Judkins, president and CEO of Franklin Savings Bank, was named chairman of the Maine Bankers Association at the Annual Meeting June 17 at Migis Lodge in South Casco. He presented the past chairman’s plaque to outgoing Association chairman Jim Conlon, president and CEO of Bangor Savings Bank. Christopher W. Emmons, president and CEO of Gorham Savings Bank, was elected vice chairman. Elected to the Association’s Executive Committee were: Charles M. Petersen, Biddeford Savings Bank; Bradford C. Paige, Kennebunk Savings Bank; Allan L. Rancourt, Kennebec Federal Savings; Jon J. Prescott, Katahdin Trust ; Lawrence A. Wold, TD Bank; John C. Witherspoon, Skowhegan Savings Bank; Richard J. Vail, Mechanics Savings Bank; Betsey Timm, Bank of America-Maine; James J. Conlon, Bangor Savings Bank.
